Refill Services
A genuine Mega Mind Education bottle must be provided in order to be eligible for refill services. If the bottle is non-genuine, Mega Mind Education has the right to destroy the replicated bottle under copyright laws. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs incurred thus far. Refund & Return Policy
Satisfying our customer is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, our simple return and refund policy process will help you.
When you send your product back to us, we’ll process the returned product then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. Refunds will be paid to the customer upon validation of the cause of return.

Rest of the World delivery delivery is free.
Applicable taxes and customs fees chargeable to you. Mega Mind Education does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
